Emotions as the Way Back to Self
When we move toward our true Self, the part of us that is original and unchanging, we often meet one major challenge: emotions. Many see them as obstacles, but what if they are actually the key to moving forward?
Imagine having a map that shows you the difference between the voice of intuition and emotions shaped by past wounds. That is what we want to share. Through years of experience and exploring different approaches, we have found the practices that have served us best. They help us unravel sadness, anger, and fear, to feel them, allow them to exist in the body, integrate them, and return to ourselves and the present moment.

We believe they must be faced directly rather than bypassed in the name of spirituality. Our guide Iva understands the nature and purpose of emotions through her own personal journey. Her clarity and simplicity make it easy for others to connect with their own emotional truth. She will lead us through the full spectrum of emotions and share self-help techniques for releasing emotional energy. These are tools you will take home with you, to use for yourself and with your loved ones, long after the retreat ends.
Our approach to yoga adapts to the day and the emotional state. We practice hatha, ashtanga, nidra, and kriya, all gentle and beginner-friendly. We include daily meditations that deepen the understanding of the mind and its patterns.
Vesna, our yoga teacher, is passionate about sharing tools that reconnect you to yourself in the most direct way possible. For her, yoga is alive and breathing in every moment. We will use it as a tool for integration, supported by shamanic breathwork to release deep patterns, activate the vagus nerve, and bring the nervous system into balance.
Conscious breathing is the fastest way to return to inner calm.
